Nextstep Aviation was created in effort to help those looking to enter the field of aviation. This is one the most daunting and time-consuming endeavors one can take, but the rewards are endless. Not only is it time consuming, but the monetary cost can be intimidating.

As a result, this company was founded to provide full guidance the many ways to successfully enter this field which requires the right mindset. I the founder, Hugo M. Minaya, managed to navigate thru this process successfully after going from being broke to becoming an Airline Transport Pilot without spending any of my own money. Granted, I took the military route which provided me with some excellent benefits, but still for some people it might not be enough money to complete the journey because they do not have a plan and get loss in the process.

In addition, the company was established after personally dealing with the ups and down of aircraft purchases, training, and dealing with the Veteran Administration. This took a lot of time and effort but provided I with some valuable lessons. Moreover, Aircraft ownership is by far my favorite part of aviation, not an easy task, but with the right plan it can be cost effective and possibly make some money at the same time.

Finally, I just want to illustrate some of my accomplishment, not to self-gloat, but to provide a better understanding of the “why” you are in excellent hands when using our services:
